A property developer manages a diverse team of experts who work to realize the construction plan. He or she also has a lot of contact with external parties such as investors, contractors, municipalities and architects. The ultimate goal is often to sell the property.
Property investor or fund
A property investor is the use of funds to purchase a property. This can be a property that is intended for residential purposes (an apartment, a room, etc.), as well as for commercial or professional purposes (offices, a hotel room, etc.), or a mix of both.
